Uhh, that looks *really* disgusting, like stewed animal bits on some kind of bread. Buuuut, I'm guessing that's the lighting, and that it's actually sliced apples on a fluffy pastry, like German kuchen or Swedish pancake. Where? I have no idea.
Looks like one of 2 versions of German pancakes, no? If I'm wrong, whatever it is looks good. I'd like you to tell me where you got it from so I can do the same. Have fun on Mon!
